Question : Yes. I have a sharp pain in my right back a little above the waist area. Is this back pain or could it be something else?

It could be Musculoskeletal pain.
I prescribe skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside 4mg twice daily initially to my patients with similar complaints. If there is no response, get an Ultrasound abdomen to rule out Kidney stone.
