                                    Brief Answer:
Please consult orthopedist.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Your symptoms may be caused by spine disc herniation in the cervical area, shoulder inflammation due to some kind of injury or overload, wrist nerve compression due to carpal tunnel syndrome.
If you have also headaches, spine issue seems most probable.
If you have first 3 fingers pain and tingling, carpal tunnel syndrome seems to be the case.
I suggest you to consult orthopedist. Physical examination is the first step. Spine can be diagnosed with an MRI. Shoulder can be checked with an ultrasound. Wrist can be checked with an ultrasound and EMG test.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
