Question : Shooting sharp pain in leg, especially knee. TSH and uric acid came high. TSH very high.

Seems an attack of gout

Hi,

This sharp pain is very likely due to high uric acid. Start uric acid reducing drugs like Febuxostat under guidance of doctor.
And for pain, take non steroidal anti inflammatory drug like Tab Buprofen 200 mg twice a day for few days.
