Brief Answer:
Seems to be shingles, answer few questions, upload pictures

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
According to your complaints it seems to be shingles.
Is it associated with pain and burning?
Are these solid or fluid filled?
Are you having fever, bodyaches or any systemic complaints?
Is only one side of the body involved?
I would recommend you to upload the pictures of the affected areas under the report section of the site or mail them to YYYY@YYYY as " Attention: Dr Asmeet" so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Seems to be shingles, start Antiviral medication

Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be shingles.
I would recommend you to consult a doctor and start with antiviral medication.
You can take tablet valciclovir 1 gram thrice daily for 7 days but it is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
For pain you can take tablet ibuprofen and for itching tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
