Question : i think i have shingles on my forhead and it looks like its spearding downward is there something i can do to stop it

For shingles to reduce its severity as well as spread you need to take antiviral medication.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take tablet valciclovir 1 gram thrice daily for 7-10 days.
It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
