You have been diagnosed to have Shingles and being prescribed various pain killers to get relief from pain .

Shingles is a viral disease and unfortunately there is no known cure for shingles.The only medicines that are being prescribed are to control pain .

You have to visit your physician and modify doses of pain killers .
