Brief Answer:
Post-herpetic neuralgia most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic..

It seems that probably you have developed post herpetic neuralgia.. a complication of shingles(herpes zoster).

Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. You must have taken antiviral like acyclovir or valacyclovir, if not please take it after consulting the dermatologist along with steroids in a tapering dose.

For the post herpetic neuralgia, I would suggest..

- Amitryptiline 25 mg daily at night
- Pregabalin with vitamin B12 cap twice a day
- avoid stress and anxiety
- take rest
- do take long-term treatment under the proper supervision of your dermatologist

I hope this would help. Let me know if I can assist you further

Thanks.
