Brief Answer:
GIVE PARACETAMOL AND COLD SPONGING

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

This shivering and sweating is common in typhoid. This can occur and has to be treated conservatively. Just do the following-
Take tab paracetamol 650 mg whenever needed for fever and shivering. Apply cold sponging and if it feels cold, apply cover with blanket etc. It will get reduced eventually. Don't worry.

Monitor temperature regularly.
Take semisolid diet for two more weeks.
You must be taking antibiotics. Continue them.

Hope I have answered your question.
