Brief Answer:
Keppra and surgery should be evaluated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

You should tell your Neurologist about your condition, because he is the one who can help you get better.

In my opinion, since seizures are resistant to drugs you mentioned, other possible solutions should be sought.

Keppra ( Levetiracetam ) is worth to try, in my opinion.

Also, there is need for a detailed brain MRI ( epilepsy protocol ) and EEG in order to discuss about surgical treatment of seizures, if drugs will fail to control seizures.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
