Question : Yesterday I wore new shoes and now have huge, very painful oozing blisters on my heels. I've washed, dried, put Neosporin and bandages. What else should I do?

                                    Hi, welcome to HCM.
Let your wound dry, avoid using ill-fitting shoes. Nothing to worry it will heal in 3 or 4 days. avoid repeated trauma.

I've never had blisters this strong or painful before. They keep bleeding and I'm concerned about infection.

                                    Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation for swollen foot
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through your attached picture of wound on your foot. It looks more than simple shoe bite.
First stop using those shoes and leave wound open, don't apply any plaster.
Wash wound with water and you can apply antiseptic cream. Avoid further trauma to wound.
Your foot looks like little swollen in picture, even that can aggravate wound.
Get your blood sugar test done, to rule out diabetes.
If its bleeding, need to rule out infection and vascular insufficiency. You can apply neosporin ointment 3 times a day over wound, Mean while get evaluated for swollen foot.
Hope i answered your query. Feel free to ask further related query.
