Brief Answer:
Ankle damage

Detailed Answer:
Hello ! Thank you for asking HealthcareMagic.
I read your question and reviewed the photos.

Could be a tendon, ligaments or bone damage that usually happens when you dance.

Can you move your leg in all the directions without any problems?
You may have a swelling of the area..(from the picture may be a little swelling, but I cant see it clearly)...

Can you walk, even with pain? Can you bear weight on your ankle?

If you can't walk, or can't bear weight, the pain doesn't get better during the following days or have problems to move the ankle in all directions you should go to the nearby hospital to get a physical examination done by a local physician and an X-Ray to rule out any bony damage. Otherwise, it's most likely damaged tendons.

Meanwhile please follow these advises:
-Put some ice on the area ( first day of injury)
-Rest for some days.
-Use an elastic bandage to compress the ankle so if can be immobile and supported but not too tightly.

-Elevate the ankle (keep your leg up) so it'll reduce swelling and pain.
-Use painkillers (eg. Tylenol, Ibuprofen etc.)
-In the second day after the injury, use warm compresses.

Let me know for any further clarifications.
Take Care!

Brief Answer:
Rest

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
Thank you for the informations .
You need to rest, i don't think its a good idea to dance on sonday.
If you do will make it worse .I would recommend to see a local doctor for further evaluation and do an X-ray or a MRI if its necessary after you do the evaluation.
