Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Easy bruisability and shortness of breath on slight exertion with no prior history of heart disease, blood disorder or use of anticoagulants, these symptoms need to be addressed.

Bruisability needs blood work up to rule out any bleeding diathesis and sort out the likely cause for it.

Shortness of breath on mild exertion needs complete heart examination , ecg, echo and other perfusion studies to rule out any heart problem etc. Talk to your doctor and let them sort it out.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
