Brief Answer:
She shoud see doctor again if it worsens

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
these hives are pretty concerning and you should see doctor again if there is no improvement today. This is indicating bacterial infection and may be caused by pharingitis or kidney infection so she may need intravenous antibiotic therapy. hives may also be allergic reaction to medications. So,try to give her paracetamol and antihistamines and see will this improve. If not,she should go to ER. Wish you good health. Regards
