Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
First I recommend you to check your blood pressure and arterial pulse. If BP is high (>140/90 mmHg) you can try to lower it by taking Captopril 25 mg or Nitroglycerine 1 tablet or spray sub-lingual.
If you have associated chest pain (especially if you are diabetic) or persistent heart palpitations (which may be an expression of an underlying cardiac arrhythmia), then you should immediately ask for medical assistance wherever you are to check a resting ECG.
As you are scheduled for stent implantation tomorrow means that you may suffer potential episodes of cardiac ischemia. That's why you need to exclude such a complication if the complaints persist.
I wish you a successful percutaneous coronary revascularization tomorrow.
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri
