Question : been hurting across my shoulders into my neck all day
us this related to cardiac issues
or did I just sleep wrong
everything I move it hurts bad

The pain across the shoulder and neck that hurts on movement is a muscular pain and is likely to be due to a bad posture.
Such pain usually subsides with mild pain killers and oral muscle relaxants. You can also do a hot compress and apply a local analgesic gel on the area for relief. This is not likely to be related to cardiac causes.
