Question : hi my right shoulder has constant dull pain and no arm strength. the pain is from the elbow to neck. there were no injuries or accident prior, it has been about 6 weeks. XXXX

It can be due to cuff problem

Hello,
I have studied your case. I think you might be having rotator cuff problem. This is due to either a tear or collection of fluid in cuff. I would recommend you to follow these steps.
1. Hot water fomentation
2. injection of steroid in shoulder joint.
3. If there is severe pain even after that then you need to get MRI of the shoulder to fund out extent of tear.
4.tablet gabapentin or pregabalin at night time.
