Question : I started taking amoxicillian yesterday for what appears to be mild tonsillitis although I previously have had squamous cell on same side on tongue. Am feeling aches in joints (shoulders/knees) with mild nausea and very lethargic.

Brief Answer:
Also drink much water.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Did these itches all over the body develop after taking amoxicillin? Have you ever had to take amoxicillin before? Itches after taking a drug could be suggestive of an allergy. I will suggest that you take the Zyrtec an Zantac as recommended because they are good anti allergy medications. In addition always drink much water when on any medications.

I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
