Question : Should I stay on Anafranil or try to treat it's side effects of urination and constipation problems.

I am so sorry to hear about the difficulties you are having with this medication. If you think the advantages compared to these side effects are huge, then I will suggest that you continue with them. However, if you think life has been a lot more stressful, then I recommend that you go on and ask your doctor to review this medication. We have many other antidepressants that can be tried if this one is clearly not helpful.
