Suggest Treatment For Side Effects Of Bactrim

Question: I had a UTI and was prescribed Bactrim. I have taken it as directed for 4 days. The side effects lists shortness of breath and I certainly am feeling that. BP and pulse are good, no chest pain or pain in my arm or should. 68 year old female.

How long will the side effects last? I just stopped taking the meds.

Having stopped the drugs already, they can no longer get worse than what you are experiencing now. Most persons are completely free from any lingering side effects.
