Brief Answer:
You require healthy diet and good sleep

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details.

So in my opinion you require a healthy diet and good sleep to combat the side effects of your waldenstrom's treatment. It will include a lot of fresh fruits, veggies properly cooked, white meat, plenty of fluids and good sleep. Since You're already a trainer, so no need to mention the importance of aerobics.

It will help certainly. Feel free to ask further.
Thanks and regards
