Question : I just took 1/2 of a Yomhimbe capsule (which amounted to approximately 225 mg. I have taken the whole capsule in the past (451 mg) and gotten quite sick (nausea, chills, flu-ish). This time I took half and feel the same way. I have been trying to flush it out of my system by drinking a lot of water. Is there anything else I can do to feel better? I have an important meeting tonight -- can't afford to feel this sick. YYYY@YYYY

You can try to get an over the counter anti emetic like domeperidone along with a PPI like omeprazole. For the chills and associated fever, paracetamol would be an ideal choice for now.
