Suggest Treatment For Simple Folliculitis On Pubic Area
Question: I was shaving today and I never noticed it because my hair was covering it but I put XXXXXXX on it and took it off and then shaved it with a razor and now I have this canker sore looking thing on my mons pubis it doesn't hurt its just dry and it was bleeding a little cause of the XXXXXXX now its all red and now I had this weird thing on my tail bone and idk what it is..

Welcome back and thanks for posting the pictures. After analyzing the pictures with diligence I can get that you have simple folliculitis.
To tell you about the same: it is inflammation of the oil glands and hair roots. In your case during the shaving process of the process is done bit deeply then can cause your kind of appearance. You can get that each of the eruptions are exactly over the hair root and the entrance of the hair which confirms the same.
There is nothing to be worried about the same. It would be alright in few days. Wear cotton clothes and do no try to touch the area too often. I quite often see that out of anxiety many times we touch the area repeatedly which can cause further secondary infection.
In your situation I suggest my patients to apply simple antibacterial cream such as Mupirocin or fucidin.
