Brief Answer:
Respiratory tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Sinus congestion and cold with fever of 103 and rigors and chills indicate respiratory tract infection. Usually these are viral and need symptomatic treatment with antipyretics like tylenol, and decongestants like sudafed etc. However involvement of bacteria is necessary here and swabs of throat needs to be taken to rule out bacterial infection which will need antibiotics.

Rest home remedies are the best. Warm comforting beverages like soup, herbal tea mixed with honey, plenty of fluids, salt water gargles, tylenol and abstinence from triggers like smoking, sour foods, spices etc.

I hope it helps. take good care of them and yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
