This is a very good question. Usually we recommend excellent hydration. You might also consider purchasing over-the-counter decongestant medication. If the symptoms persist you might benefit from consideration of antibiotics.

If your symptoms that lasted for over 10 days I would recommend that you call your primary care physician and schedule a focus consultation will be for consideration of possible prescription medication to help you feel better.
