Question : Hi there-
The last few days ive been having sinus headaches and pain in my upper cheeks and jaw. The pain is especially bad at night. I also am not particularly conjested but sneezing a bit.
I just went to the dentist so im hoping its nothing to do with teeth/cavaities. Please let me know your advice, thanks!

Brief Answer:
neuralgic pain or sinus headache
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query. As per my opinion, headache with pain in cheek and jaw goes in favour of sinus vacuum headache. Secondarily can be a neuralgic pain. If I were your treating doctor, I would have prescribed antihistamines + decongestant tablet twice daily + anti inflammatory medicines like paracetamol + diclofenac combination drugs twice daily for 5 days. Steam inhalation daily twice may be helpful. Neuralgic pains need clinical evaluation and prescription medicines. Empirically you can take the medicines suggested by me. If symptoms persists, then please consult with your doctor and get treated. Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
