Brief Answer:
Sounds like sinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal
I have read your query.

Very frankly, the symptoms of the query are suggestive of a sinusitis.
I think they are doing a CT just to make sure there is no intracranial cause of headache like a possible infection, or bleeding or tumors.
This is routine to do in a new onset headache. I expect it will be normal. So don't be worried if CT scan doesn't reveal sinus inflammation. There are some definitive clinical signs through which doctors are able to conclude sinusitis.

So please don't worry till you get the report.

Meanwhile continue the antibiotics, nasal drops, steam inhalation and saline gargles as prescribed by your physician for sinusitis.

I hope that helps
Bets of luck
