Brief Answer:
Vertig can be normal with sinus infection, mostly temporary

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

dizzyness can be temporary phenomenon with sinus and ear infection due to circulation issues and inner ear congestion.

Normally this will get better soon through the medication perscribed. Also use nasal spray and steam inhalation, as well as enough fluid intake and take a rest.

Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
