Question : I had a sinus infection. my doctor prescribed an antibiotic Z-Pac. today is day 12 since I finished antibiotic. I have a severe headache on my right side by my eye and my sinus is dripping a clear fluid.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic,

Your history and symptoms suggest me that you may be having para nasal sinusitis which is leading to post nasal drip.

I would suggest you to undergo lab investigation like CBC and X- Ray PNS.

For these symptoms in my patients I would suggest them to take nasal decongestants,Tab Montek LC for at least 7 days and steam inhalation with Vapocaps until the symptoms subsides.
