Brief Answer:
Sinus infection

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concenrns

You have a sinus infection and want to know how to treat it without antibiotics. Most sinus infections resolve without antibiotics. I would recommend using afrin nose spray to help open your sinus passages. This will allow for aeration and improved drainage of your sinuses. I caution though not to use the afrin more than 3 days as your body can become addicted to the decongestant. Usually with the decongestant and time, about 1-2 weeks the sinus infection will resolve.
