Suggest Treatment For Sinus Infection

Question : I'm not sure if I have a sinus infection, or what, from the left side of my nose have way across my cheek bone all the way down to below my jaw line there are a couple bumps almost feel like a large pimple under the skin, near my nose, then feels like a tendon running all the way under my jaw, my eye is slightly swollen, my face is swollen so is my nose, there are scabs inside my nose on left side very irritating

You are saying to have your:
- face
- eye
- nose

swollen; and scabs inside your nose.

There are 2 points to note, possible
1. nasal
2. skin

infection. To give the most right diagnosis, I need to have a look at your face; can you please provide a photo?

Have you run any X-ray of your sinuses?
What have you used so far?

From what you are saying, the pimple you feel under the skin is a possible skin infection/abscess. However, a good physical examination is needed.
