Brief Answer:
Advice you to take few other medicines and lifestyle measures

Detailed Answer:
Hi,thank you for posting your query on Health care magic.

You have already taken one round of antibiotic-doxycycline,so now if you are feeling symptoms like severe headache/pus discharge from nose/fever,etc suggestive of a bacterial infection, then it would be advisable to start another group of antibiotic like Levofloxacin or Azithromycin.

In addition to antibiotic, you may also find relief by taking Oral Decongestant if you are not hypertensive(like containing Phenylephrine),Nasal decongestant drops(like Oxymetazoline),Antihistaminic(like Cetrizine),Analgesic(like Ibuprofen),Antacid(like Rantac) and Mucolytic(like containing Ambroxol).

Also do Steam inhalation.Avoid dust, smoke and other pollutants.Avoid cold and very sweet food as they increase mucus production.Drink lots of fluids(warm) as they help in breaking of mucus collected in sinuses.Drinking hot tea with lemon, ginger and honey also gives relief.

Hope this answers your question.I would be happy to answer if you have any follow-up questions.Get well soon.
