Please see the detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello! I have been through your question.
You should know that pansinusitis is sinusitis involving all the paranasal sinuses and the symptoms are similar to that of sinusitis, but they are more severe and serious in nature.
These symptoms include, fever, headache, thick yellow and green nasal discharge, nose block, swelling of face, cough, toothache, earache, sore throat, exhaustion, cough, foul breath.
Pain and restlessness associated with pansinusitis are far more than inflammation of single paranasal sinus.
Pansinusitis is a serious condition and it should not be neglected because it can lead to serious consequences if not treated in time.
The pan sinusitis becomes more serious when the infection spreads into the brain as a result of close position of the brain and ethmoid sinuses and can cause meningitis or abscess cerebral.
Finding the right organism and the cause factor of the pansinusitis is the best choice of a succeed treatment.
Usually pansinusitis occurs due to bacterial, viral or fungal infection and allergies. Infection and inflammation in all the sinuses occurs when your immune level is very low.
In case if pansinusitis occur recurrently as a result of nasal polyp or deviated nasal septum , and after several antibiotic treatment the doctor may advise surgical approach to correct DNS or remove the polyp.

Furthermore I need to know how many days you are using antibiotics ( oral and IV ) and what you means when you say antibiotics make you sick ( got allergy or diarrhea etc) ?

I hope my answer helps you. Feel free to ask me further.
Regards.
