Sinusitis can be treated with medicines and on some cases , surgery is needed. The decision depends on the extent of disease. You should get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done and tell me what medicines have you been taking so far so that I can suggest you better and prescribe you accordingly.
You should take steam inhalation for some relief.
