Brief Answer:
Please share EKG.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,

As per the facts and figures you have posted here, your EKG seems to be sinus tachycardia and which is not an abnormal EKG findings.

However,I would want to see the actual EKG for confirmation.

So,please take pictures of your EKG and share it.

Also,let me know,
Since when you are having chest pain and uneasiness?
Are there any other symptoms?
