Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health query and following point’s needs clarifications for Ayurveda line of management

1. since you are a diagnosed case, going by your history [it seems probably Maxillary sinus is affected], what was the opinion of ENT Specialist??
2. Any associated toothache, headache, eye strain, facial pain and pressure, nasal discharge, poor sense of smell, bad breath.
3. Since it is coming back thus probably disease has progressed to CHRONIC Rhino sinusitis. [Blocked nose, mucus build up]
4. Duration of taking Allopathic Medicine and any addiction?
5. What about the immune status i.e. getting recurrent fever or any immunocompromised state [any history of diabetes, tuberculosis or kidney disease]??
PS: A poor immune system makes you more prone to any infection.
7. Asthma is a risk factor for sinus infection [history of same??]
PS: were you examined by a chest specialist for the same [regarding clinical examination and baseline investigations] ??
