Question : Hi I believe I have sinus congestion I have afoot have at the same time and it's very painful to eat or even just time to time. I can tell the toothache is being caused from the sinus congestion bcause my face feels swollen as well. How can I treat this without seeing a doctor ?

Dear patient,

the sinusitis can be treated with cold nose spray like xylometazoline, inhalation with hot steam, and anti inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen. If this does not get better please see an ent doctor or gp who may prescribe an antibiotic. Also dentist evaluation to rule out tooth infection is advisable if problem persists.
