Question : I have been told that my symptoms could be guitar which I have had for two months and 4 trips to the doctor.
2 lots of antibiotics plus nasal spray and saline solution nasal wash but it's still persisting .

I have an on going sinus problem otherwise known as Guitar. I have never had this before, have not had a cold or flue. I seemed to have tried everything and nothing works. Mucus builds up in the sinuses and runs down the back of the throat. Hope you can suggest a cure.
