Question : I have skin allergic in the penus region around. I use propygenta NF cream after shower.. I get irritated during sleep every night. please help me

Diagnostic Facts:-
It is actually fungal infection on the skin in the area. Disease is named as "Jock Itch" and is manageable.

Keep the area shaved in a timely fashion and clean after getting free from restroom. Better is to clean with water and wipe out properly to dry the skin.

Apply HYDROCORTISONE + CLOTRIMAZOLE OINTMENT on the skin. Take FEXOFENADINE orally every night to get relief from itching and you will not get disturbed while sleeping. Take plenty of clean drinking water and a balanced healthy diet and use cotton only underwear and loose clothes. Avoid hot and humid areas and at night wear very loose cotton trousers.

Propygenta NF is not made for fungal infections!!!

Actually Propygenta NF is a cream meant for dealing with the bacterial infections e.g if you have got a XXXXXXX cut or breach in the skin, burns etc then we can apply that cream to get rid of or prevent in the first place the infection that are caused by the bacterial pathogens.

But right now you have a fungal infection and you need an antifungal ointment to get rid of the infection. I think it is clear now why Propygenta NF isn't working for you.
