Brief Answer:
Provide details about symptoms, if any and upload more Images

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I have reviewed the Image.

This looks like a patch of dermatitis/ eczema. It is red and looks scaly. Does it itch?

This is a very close up view in image.
Can you click a few more Images from a distance so that it includes more affected areas on your body? e.g include both legs in a single Image.

waiting for your response..

Brief Answer:
Tinea; Oral+topical antifungal

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I have reviewed the new Image.

I can see multiple oval/ round, scaly, red patches.

After going through both the images I suggest a possibility of a Fungal Infection/ Tinea corporis.

Itching is subjective and varies in severity.
Some individuals may complain of severe itching and others may have mild or no itch at all.

You may use a topical antifungal cream e.g Clotrimazole 1% cream, twice daily for 2-4 week.

Since you seem to have an extensive involvement (legs as well as arms) therefore adding an Oral Antifungal e.g Once weekly Fluconazole for 4-6 weeks would provide faster and more complete relief.
