Suggest Treatment For Skin Infection On The Elbows

Question : My son is having some skin infection on both the arms near elbow region. He is only 3 months old.
I have attached pic of the same. Please advise

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the Image

He seems to have an eczematous dermatitis. This must be itchy and he must be scratching here.
I suggest you to use a moisturizer, twice daily e.g Atogla cream. In addition to the moisturizer you may also use a moderately potent topical steroid cream e.g flutivate - e cream, twice daily.
You may also give him Atarax drops (25mg/5ml), 0.6 ml, thrice daily for itch.
Together these should make it fine in about 2 weeks.
