Brief Answer:
Ketoconazole cream and fluconazole tab will suffice

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome to HCM,
Probably You are suffering from tinea corporis, as this is the common infection which causes irritation under breast.
Ketoconazole cream is available as OTC preparation for the treatment of Tinea infection. Alternative drug is Miconazole cream.
very few oral antifungals are available as OTC. you can take Fluconazole 150 mg per week for at least four week.
Tab Cetirizine 10 mg once daily at night. it is OTC drug.
Keep the area clean and dry to prevent recurrence.
