As per details, there are following possibilities for your symptoms -
1 ) Tinea cruris- it is fungal infection of skin involving body folds. It is characterised by red colored itchy rash over body folds.
2) Eczema- it is characterised by hyperpigmented or red colored rash .
Treatment depends on the diagnosis.
