                                            Question : my daughter age 38 total care from a stroke.  Butt cracks or splits just above aus, she needs flomax to urinte and peri colace to BM.  She is always wet, we have to keep her food flowing or she gets blockage. What do I do with split. Shower chair , wheelchair and turning her to change her are bad, maaybe the cause.  We cannot stop any of this. What to do ?

2.Apply hydrocortisone cream and betadine powder.
3.Warm sitz bath will be helpful.(if possible)
4.Regular drying of the area.
5.High fiber diet and fruit juices(raspberry,craneberry,pomegranate etc).
6.Regular nursing care.
