Hi,

I have gone through your photo and what you noticed is a skin tag, not a wart.

Skin tags are harmless small skin growths. Its location in the groin's fold is typical for skin tag, especially if you are obese.

Once again, they are harmless. I do not recommend to remove it unless it will give discomfort or will be inflamed/irritated (which is not for the moment).
