Brief Answer:
Skin tag

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
It can be a skin tag.
There is nothing to worry.
It can be easily removed by a radio frequency laser.
You can meet a dermatologist and get it removed.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Hi Doc,

Thanks for your response.

It is kind of a soft loose mass or skin or something.Difficult to send a pic because of its location. But its painless and right on the wrinkles and is closer to the groin area.
