Suggest Treatment For Skin Tag On The Labia Minora

Question: hello I have what looks like a skin tag on my Labia Minora it has been there but looks like it has now gotten bigger. What can this be and what is the treatment?

There is nothing to worry , with maturity and ageing process, labia majora atrophies a little, giving labia minora hypertrophied appearance. Nothing active has to be done.

Now it is nicely visible in new pictures and it is like a small pimple which will be fine by itself.
Is it painful or itches in between?
If not then keave it like this only and wait for a couple of weeks.

HI Dr XXXXXXX thanks for your reply, I do not think it is a pimple, I had a small little growth there before but it se it has gotten larger. I had HPV but is clear now can this be related to that? Or a skin tag? it does not itch or is painful. its raised from the skin. No puss or head. Please advise. Thank you so much.

Skin tag only

Detailed Answer:
Then it is just a skin tag which commonly forms after folliculitis and and due to repeated minor trauma it worsens over and over and eventually turns into this type of small growth.
It doesn't look like HPV which usually has multiple lesions with small pedicle as opposed to this growth.
Still get Pap smear done when possible so as to rule out any problems inside vagina and cervix.
