Brief Answer:
They look like genital warts!

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

I have seen carefully the picture you attached.
In my opinion it is a genital wart.
Warts are growths in the skin around the genital or anal area. They are caused by a virus called Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and it is a sexually transmitted disease.
If you scratch then they will bleed ,so avoid doing that.

You should consult a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis .The doctor may diagnose it by simply looking at it.
There are many option of treatments including topical treatments like Imiquimob,Podophyllin and podofilox,Trichloroacetic acid (TCA).
Surgery is another option :Cryotherapy,Electrocautery,Laser treatments ,Surgical excision .
Your dermatologist may recommend the best option for you.

Because these lesions are highly contagious ,you should avoid having sexual contacts until you are treated.

You don't need to worry.Usually these lesions are harmless and the treatment is required only if they are causing discomfort or if they cause you emotional distress and you want to get rid of them.

Hope it was of help.
Let me know if you have other questions or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Kind Regards!

Thank you, I saw a Dr this morning who looked at it said it wasn't a wart but a mole? I'm confused now... Can moles appear overnight like this did and be skin coloured and protrude like a skin tag? I'm fairly sure this had little white dots on it before I picked it and it bled!?

It's shape, color and the fact that it appeared overnight are indicative for genital warts.
It is an outbreak of HPV infection that causes this wart .
