Hi

I have seen the attached picture.
The lesion looks like a skin tag or a healed fissure to me.
I would like to know certain more details from you.
Have you ever had any bleeding from the area ?
Did you ever had pain during defecation leading to anal fissures during passage of hard stools?

I am asking you this to rule out skin tag secondary to healing of anal fissure .

no i have never had bleeding or pain of any kind

Hi again

The lesion appears to be a skin tag to me .
I really don't think there is anything to be worried about.
Only if you have any sudden increase in size or pain or bleeding from the lesion ,then you can see a nearby doctor for proper assessment.
