Question : These were on my friends inner thighs. We had sex. Are these skin tags or contagious warts. He said that they were skin tags.

These look to me like skin tags and there are no specific features of hpv or molluscum infection so you should not be worried. However, your friend may consult a Dermatologist for further treatment.
