Suggest Treatment For Skin Tags Under The Penis Head
Question: under the head of my penis are 2 very small skin protrusions almost like skin tags. They are not painful but this morning after picking at one it started to bleed.

I have gone through your query. Skin tags are normal fleshy out growths. You can remove it with the help of your GP. Tying a cotton around it will be helpful in arresting blood supply. Then the skin tag will fall of in some days. Other option is removing it by diathermy after applying local anesthetic cream.
Avoid picking it as it can cause bleeding or pain. You can apply beatdine ointment to the bleeding area where you picked.
